Screen printing, or serigraphy, is the oldest printing method in existence. Its application involves the pressing of paint through a framed screen onto a substrate. It is a limited-colour technique, in which each colour is applied separately using multiple separate screens. Screen printing is definitely the most durable marking method, applicable on many substrates and for the most demanding of applications. We have several screen printing lines, including one with a working area of 2100 mm x 1300 mm.

Industrial screen printing

We meet the quality and production expectations of the most demanding industries. Prints for industry are characterised by high durability, ease of use and information functions. We mark covers and panels from polycarbonate and other materials ourselves, as well as stickers and labels for industry. We print details entrusted to us by our customers, most often on metal, wood, aluminum and elements made by injection moulding, as well as measuring instruments, etc.

Decals

Decals are a decoration-come-marking technique that involves the transfer of designs to various surfaces using special paints. This process is often used to decorate ceramics, glass and metal. We are a Polish screen printing house who are manufacturers of decals, while the process of applying them is carried out in-house by glass decorators or companies dealing in metals.

Pad printing

A printing technique that involves the transfer of paint to a substrate using a flexible pad. It can be applied to flat, curved, concave and convex surfaces, making it ideal for unusual objects. Pad printing inks are durable, resistant to abrasion, chemicals and UV radiation and are universal in their application. This method can be used on any material and allows for very accurate reproduction of detail. It is a fast and effective printing method and ideal for mass production.

Hybrid Printing

A technique that combines the advantages of screen printing and digital printing. The combination of both printing methods allows for the obtaining of photographic quality in digital printing and real colours from the Pantone palette.
